Job Description
We are seeking a Mail Clerk for our Minneapolis office. In this role, you will sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail. Do you enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment? If so, we would appreciate hearing from you. The required work hours are 9:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Wrap, sort, and meter outgoing mail, including operation of postage machine.
- Provide regularly scheduled pickup and delivery of outgoing and interoffice mail.
- Maintain familiarity with postal regulations and services and other types of delivery services.
- Maintain the proper logs for packages and deliveries requiring special handling.
- Process and track FedEx/UPS packages using the PS Ship Software.
- May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above including cross training in the Supply department.

What we're looking for:

- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to communicate well with all Firm personnel.
- Required work hours are 9:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Ability to ascend/descend a ladder to service the lights and/or access records files and supplies.
- Physical strength and agility to permit the full performance of the duties of the position, including frequent bending, walking, and lifting up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Previous law firm experience (preferred).
