Technology Operations Coordinator Legal Support Services, New York Office

The firm is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our Legal Support Services Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Ability to work 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely
Assist with administering Secure File Transfers sites and other specialized legal applications, including
testing and helping with deploying upgrades
provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts
troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
monitoring usage
suggesting and enforcing data retention guidelines
Promulgate information security guidelines among internal and external users
Facilitate technical onboarding of Legal Support Services contract employees
Manage independent and collaborative projects including performing research and reporting to firm management about application capabilities, usage, competitor products
Work with Information Services to package, document, test, deploy, and support litigation applications
Perform large data imports into document management system
Collaborate with Information Services, vendors, firm staff and clients
Fulfill other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or similar.
Excellent project and time management skills, strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities and efficiently handle multiple tasks and heavy workloads
Ability to work well independently and with others
Proactive self-learner who is motivated and results-oriented with a positive, team player attitude
Work habits that show initiative, efficiency and a sense of ownership
Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours as required
