The Revenue Office/Girl Scout Merchandise leads merchandising, licensing, product sales, and other revenue streams, which in turn fund both Girl Scouts of the USA programming and administration and local council revenue. The teams at this division include e-commerce, operations, retail, licensing, and the famous Girl Scout Cookie Program and work closely with all the other communities to bring products to market for our Girl Scouts and to the general public. The team also collaborates closely with external vendors, sponsors, and external agencies.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, National Product Program is responsible for supporting operational product sales strategies and tactics that drive income growth and support participant engagement within their cohort of Girl Scout Councils. This position plays a key role in creating plans of action to train and support their Council product program leads. The Manager, National Product Program works with their Councils and the Girl Scout Product Sales Advisory Team to identify and prioritize opportunities that will enhance sales, re-enforce necessary controls and improve the operational experience for all product sale participants. Throughout their cohort of Councils, the Manager, National Product Program supports the integration of GSUSA and Cookie Steering Committee Strategies, utilization of operational resources and awareness of emerging best practices. This position supports their Councils through any change management necessitated by changes in the Girl Scout Cookie Program, strategies that support the cookie program, Vendor changes and changes within their Councils. This position partners with their Supervisor to ensure that all Council product sales practices are consistent with and support the organization's vision, goals, policies and guidelines.

Salary Range: $61,900 - $105,000
This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with a 35 hour per week schedule. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
