The GLG team seeks an Associate General Counsel to join the Legal Department in the New York headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile attorney with a litigation background to become deeply embedded in a global growing company's operations.
This candidate will be self-motivated, demonstrate the ability to leverage a litigation background to research and tap external expertise to advise the business on a variety of matters. The role will have many touchpoints with the business and issue spotting in addition to reactive problem solving will be imperative.
The candidate will be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in an organized, efficient, and proactive manner. The candidate must demonstrate confidence in advising senior management members and stakeholders along with showcasing impeccable trustworthiness. This position requires high-level collaboration and team management skills, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
